Jacky Wayne Shelby

Jackie was born October 19, 1968 to Ruthie Mae Shelby and Buddy Jewell Miller. He attended
school in Italy and graduated in the class of 1988. Jackie joined Mt. Gilead under the leadership
of the late Rev. H.R. Square.
Jackie is preceded in death by his father Buddy Jewell Miller and grandparents Bennie and
Jimmie Shelby. On February 5, 2023 Jackie answered the call from his Heavenly Father.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his beautiful mother Ruthie Mae Shelby, three brothers;
Bobby Jewell Shelby (Debra) of DeSoto, Texas, Jimmie Shelby (Kirsten) of Copeland, Tx and
Allen Miller (Bridgette) of Waxahachie, Tx; three sisters; Veronica Rankin (Calvin) of Milford, Tx,
Barbara Green (Ervin) and Ruthie Reese (Reggie) both of Italy,Tx.
Three daughters; Shenetria Johnson (Johnny) of Italy, Tx, Skyler Renee Lemley of Itasca, Tx
and Jicelynn Littleton of Italy, Tx. Three sons Dexter Shelby, Jalynn Anderson and Jaytrion
Anderson.
He also leaves behind two special aunts; Ms. Elmerine Bell and Linda Kaye Issac of Italy, Tx
and Jalisha Anderson. 7 grandchildren; Amyriah, Arhiana, Angel and Autumn Johson; Jelicia,
Jaliyah, Jayla and Gabriel Reed. Friend; Quincel Mims and son.
Nephews; Micheal Shelby, Erivin Green Jr., Detrick Green (Alexis), Allen Terrance Shelby,
Calvin Rankin, Jamiary Shelby, Michael Shelby, Cason Green, Legend Green and nieces; Celia
Shelby and Preslee Green.
